We are committed to excellence and motivated to add value to our clients by successfully combining a global outlook with local expertise. As a means of supporting this strategy and to reward high performers, we began supporting employee exchanges in 2011 to enable them to work from our different international offices. These exchanges aim to build the capacity and strength of our global teams, support consistency of work standards and corporate culture, support retention, and aid personal and professional development. Sustainalytics supports a maximum of five exchanges per year, ranging from three to six months.

It typically takes us about two weeks from the application deadline to shortlist candidates. However, due to the volume of applications we receive, we are only able to contact those who are being invited for an interview.
Internship opportunities become available on an as needed basis i.e. we don’t have a fixed internship period. All internships are posted on our careers page. Please keep checking the careers page of our website for any positions that might open up in the coming months.
