EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR, CLIENT SERVICES (INDEXES & PARTNERSHIPS)
Shila Wattamwar oversees Sustainalytics’ Client Relations in the United States. She is a trusted and experienced advisor that works closely with Sustainalytics’ platinum-level US and global clients to help them integrate ESG and corporate governance research and data into their investment processes. Shila is the primary relationship manager for Morningstar, supporting them on integrating Sustainalytics’ data into their various research platforms. She also plays an instrumental role in the enhancement and development of Sustainalytics’ strategic relationships with our passive investment clients as well as Factset and Bloomberg.
Outside of her work at Sustainalytics, Shila is part of the Agenda Committee for the SRI Conference. She helps shape the content for the SRI annual conference which attracts investors, corporates and policy-makers from across the US. Shila has over 10 years of experience in business development within the index industry. Prior to joining Sustainalytics she worked for FTSE Group as well as Russell Investments.

MANAGING DIRECTOR, JAPAN
Over the past six years, Loic has been working with asset managers and pension funds in Singapore and in Japan on the integration of environmental, social and governance (ESG) factors in their investment decisions. He has also led Sustainalytics Asia Pacific research team and has contributed to the continued enhancement of Sustainalytics’ overall responsible investment research offerings.
As a former senior analyst at Norges Bank Investment Management (NBIM) and Amundi, Loïc has a deep understanding of the ESG issues most important to investors in the Asian region. He is also an expert on water-related risks having successfully engaged on the issue with companies in the mining, utilities and food sectors in China and India.
Loic represents Sustainalytics at conferences and speaks regularly on a variety of ESG and sustainable finance topics.
Loïc has a master’s degree in International Finance from Sorbonne University in France and a bachelor’s degree from Glasgow University, Scotland.

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR, CLIENT RELATIONS (REGIONAL MANAGING DIRECTOR, APAC & ASIA)
Catalina is part of Sustainalytics’ Client Relations team and, since relocating from London to Sydney in 2015, she has been working with investors in the Asia Pacific region to support the development and implementation of their responsible investment strategies.
Catalina has over seven years’ experience in sustainable and responsible investment and, in 2013 and 2014, she was voted best client relations/sales person for responsible investment in the Independent Research in Responsible Investment (IRRI) Survey. Before joining Sustainalytics, she was a Program Manager at the UK Sustainable Investment and Finance Association (UKSIF), where she was responsible for UKSIF’s programs geared towards institutional investors, including a series of ESG events and various marketing activities.
Catalina has been an active member of several responsible investment steering committees including the Analyst Committee Group of UKSIF, the international working group of the US Responsible Investment Association, as well as the Australasian Responsible Investment Association engagement group. She was also a founding member of the “Next Generation” initiative, a peer support network for individuals working in responsible investment in the UK, as well as the founding group of the “Women in Sustainable Finance” network, based in Sydney.
Catalina has a master’s degree in Corporate Social Responsibility from Nottingham University Business School and a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Bucharest.

ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR, ENGAGEMENT SERVICES
Nathalie heads Sustainalytics’ Global Standards Engagement, which focuses on dialogue with companies regarding breaches of international norms included in the UN Global Compact Principles, OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises, and UN Guiding Principles on Human Rights. Within Sustainalytics’ Stewardship and Risk Engagement, she also heads the Taxation engagement.
Before joining Sustainalytics, she was Head of Business Conduct Engagement at GES International and specialized in both corporate taxation, corruption and palm oil-related ESG issues. Prior to that, Nathalie was an SRI advisor at Nykredit, a Danish asset manager and before that, she worked in the Netherlands as a lawyer, specialized in immigration law. She has 10 years of experience in responsible investment and active ownership.
Nathalie holds a master’s degree in Law from the University of University of Amsterdam and also studied law at the University of Singapore and African studies at the University of Copenhagen. She speaks Dutch, Danish and English.

ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR, CLIENT RELATIONS
Karin Malmberg heads Sustainalytics’ UK and Ireland Client Advisory. In her role, Karin supports and advises investment managers, banks and pension funds in their efforts to meaningfully apply ESG research and analysis in their investment processes.
Karin has over nine years’ experience in sustainable and responsible investment. Prior to joining Sustainalytics, Karin was a Manager with the UN-supported Principles for Responsible Investment where she led projects on impact investing, green bonds, sustainable property investing and ESG integration in listed equity. Karin has also authored several reports, including on the Sustainable Development Goals and Microfinance.
Karin is a member of UKSIF’s Analyst Committee and Co-Leader of the Women Investing for a Sustainable Economy (WISE) London Chapter.
Karin has a Masters in International Political Economy from the School of Oriental and African Studies, a bachelor’s degree in International Relations from the University of Birmingham and an International Diploma from L’Institut d’Etudes Politiques, Paris.

Georgina leads the business development team in London, covering the regions of UK & Ireland, South Africa and Middle East. In her role, Georgina works with Sustainalytics’ prospective clients to identify their ESG research needs and is focused on finding the responsible investment solution that suits them best. Since joining Sustainalytics almost three years ago, she has worked with a range of asset managers, pension funds, insurance houses and investment banks. Georgina often speaks on the topics of ESG and responsible investing at events.
Prior to joining Sustainalytics, Georgina worked as an equity trader in London and Asia and more recently in impact investing and micro-finance in Kenya. She has a BSc in Computing Science from the University of Newcastle-upon-Tyne and holds a Diploma in Social Investment & Philanthropy from Cass Business School.

MANAGER, CLIENT RELATIONS
Marcel heads Sustainalytics’ Client Management Team in the DACH region, supporting institutional investor clients in the development and execution of their responsible investment and ESG integration strategies. Before coming to Sustainalytics Marcel was a senior associate at a U.S.-based venture capital fund, BR Venture Fund.
While completing his MBA in Sustainable Global Enterprises from Cornell University, Marcel worked on a project with Fidelity Investments in Boston, developing a workplace strategy for Fidelity’s North American employees in light of evolving workplace trends. He also completed a project with BASIX India designing a profitable investment fund that promotes livelihood through agriculture. Prior to this, he worked in the investment management and M&A banking industry for more than six years.
In addition to an MBA, Marcel holds and MSc in Finance and Banking from the University of Muenster, Germany. He is a Cornell University Environmental Finance and Impact Investing Fellow and is a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst.

DIRECTOR, CLIENT RELATIONS
Charlotte has extensive client experience working with investment teams globally. She is Director of Client Relations, heading up the Nordics region. In her role she advises clients on the development and implementation of responsible investment policies, including ESG integration efforts across all asset classes, portfolio-screening criteria, development of engagement policies, leading client workshops and awareness raising sessions with investment teams, assessing and driving dialogue around external managers’ ESG performance, and developing communications to key stakeholder groups. Charlotte also participates in and contributes to clients’ executive committee meetings, presenting to Trustees and Boards, outlining clients’ exposure to key ESG issues and advising on strategy options to tackle material issues such as climate change. In addition, Charlotte often represents Sustainalytics at conferences and events and is a Board member of Dansif.
Charlotte has a masters’ degree in International Relations and Economics from Johns Hopkins University in Washington D.C.

Paulina is part of the Engagement Team. Her focus is on supporting the Engagement Director in implementing the overall engagement strategy, as well as quality assurance and across-product consistency.
Before joining Sustainalytics, Paulina was Head of Business Conduct Engagement and was responsible for coordinating the work of Engagement Managers, quality assurance, handling client questions and requests, project and product development work.
Paulina has a Master’s degree in International Relations, with specialisation in Eastern Studies from the University of Poznan. After her graduation she took part in social projects in Russia and Ukraine. She speaks Polish, English, Russian and Italian.

Hanna leads the Engagement Services department, which offers clients active ownership and engagement solutions. She is responsible of leading the team of engagement managers and developing the engagement overlay of Sustainalytics’ ESG research products – with a focus on norms-based engagement, material ESG risks and SDG themes.
Prior to joining Sustainalytics, Hanna was the CEO for GES International, which she joined in 2008 as an Engagement Manager and subsequently as Engagement Director. She has also worked at the International Institute for Industrial Environmental Economics at Lund University.
Hanna holds a Master of Science in Biology as well as Environmental Management and Policy from Lund University. Hanna has extensive experience from Amnesty International – serving as chairperson of both the Swedish chapter and Amnesty International Worldwide.

Martin Pitura leads the Sustainalytics Client Service team, a dedicated new unit created to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of Sustainalytics’ client support.
Prior to joining Sustainalytics Martin has been the Chief Financial Officer of GES International and the Managing Director of GES Poland and GES Denmark. Previously, Martin was a project manager at Humanix Funds.
Martin has a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the International Business School in Jönköping. Martin speaks Polish, Swedish, English and German.
