MORE THAN A JOB…
Do you believe that, with the right insights, investors could contribute to a more just and sustainable global economy? Over the last 25 years, we’ve made this our mission and we are looking for like-minded people in search of a meaningful career.
Diversity has always been at the heart of our success and we work hard to create a supportive and collaborative environment to safeguard it. In a male-dominate industry, we’re proud to count more female than male colleagues and over 40 different nationalities. To promote a stronger international perspective, everyone is allowed to apply to work temporarily from one of our other global offices and, to support our top performers, we even offer partial sponsorships through our exchange program.
We understand that employees are individuals with a desire to grow and live purposeful lives. That’s why every employee, regardless of seniority, receives two days’ study leave and a standard training budget. We also provide two and a half days of paid volunteer time so you can pursue a cause that you find personally meaningful.
In the world of responsible investments, we are at the forefront of innovation and with our current growth rate our future is looking very bright. Can you see yourself in it?
We are committed to excellence and motivated to add value to our clients by successfully combining a global outlook with local expertise. As a means of supporting this strategy and to reward high performers, we began supporting employee exchanges in 2011 to enable them to work from our different international offices. These exchanges aim to build the capacity and strength of our global teams, support consistency of work standards and corporate culture, support retention, and aid personal and professional development. Sustainalytics supports a maximum of five exchanges per year, ranging from three to six months.
MAKE AN IMPACT
Sustainalytics employees receive two and half volunteer days each year to pursue a cause they find personally meaningful. Every year on World Humanitarian Day, we organize a company-wide activity inspired by the campaign’s simple yet powerful goal: “Do something good, somewhere for someone else.” View photos of previous volunteer days below and click here to learn more.
