Uploading Your Documents
Focus on Documents Not Readily Available on Company Website
Sustainalytics invites companies to upload documents to the Issuer Gateway. These documents are expected to provide evidence of key ESG management policies, programs and/or performance data.
Please note that Sustainalytics collects information from company websites and other public sources as part of our ESG research. If a document is easily found and downloadable from a company website, Sustainalytics likely has this document.
What Types of Documents can be Uploaded?
- Relevant documents not readily available on the company website.
- Documents indicating the existence of relevant ESG policies and programs and performance data.

When to Provide a URL Link
Example of documents Sustainalytics prefers as URLs include:
- Sustainability Reports and/or other website sustainability content.
- Press Releases
Any Technical Restrictions?
- Do NOT use any special characters in the document title including: [`!@#$%^*_+=[]{};':"\|,<>/?~]

How to Upload Documents
- Log into your Issuer Gateway account.
- In the Research tab, go to Documents (left sidebar).
- Select the Uploads mini-tab. Choose a file from your computer or drag it into the page.
