Morningstar Sustainalytics Appoints Gregory Van Droogenbroeck as Chief Product Officer
Morningstar Sustainalytics today announced the appointment of Gregory Van Droogenbroeck as its new chief product officer. Based in New York, Gregory joins from Lazard Asset Management, where he served as director of sustainable investment, data and analytics.
Gregory succeeds David Pagliaro, who became president of Morningstar Sustainalytics earlier this year, and will report directly to him. In his new role, Gregory will oversee the firm’s strategic product roadmap across its core ESG and climate businesses - spanning research, data, ratings, and insights.
His remit includes accelerating the firm’s product transformation, connecting ESG and climate capabilities across the Morningstar platform, and helping Sustainalytics’ offerings evolve in step with rapidly changing client needs and market dynamics.
