Documentation

Create a document that details the type of projects to be financed, use of proceeds, management of proceeds and commitment to reporting. This is called a Green Bond Framework.

Verification

Like Any Other Bond

The usual steps apply here, as for any other conventional bond. Structure the bond working with an investment bank, or an advisor. Get the credit Rating.
